What this costs, and why we quote after the call
A one-person cake studio in Melbourne and a six-site patisserie in Dubai should not pay the same, and a fixed price list would mean one of them subsidising the other. So the price comes after a thirty-minute call — but everything else about how we charge is on this page, in advance.
- Setup fee
- None. No onboarding or activation charge either.
- Notice
- 30 days, any month. No minimum term, no exit fee.
- Ad commission
- None. Our fee is flat and never a percentage of what you spend.
- Ownership
- Your website, domain, ad account, pixel and Google profile, in your name throughout.
Three starting points
Not fixed tiers — representative starting points. Most bakeries end up with something between two of these. Each one is built from the six services, and what we would actually recommend depends on what we have seen work in your market.

Four things we will not do
Charge a percentage of ad spend
It gives an agency a financial reason to tell you to spend more. Our fee is flat, so we can tell you to spend less — and we regularly do.
Lock you into twelve months
Long contracts exist to protect agencies from their own results. Thirty days' notice, any month, no exit fee, no clawback.
Hold your accounts hostage
Your domain, your website files, your ad account, your pixel, your Google profile. All in your name. If you leave, you leave with everything.
Sell you something that will not work
If ads are wrong for you this quarter, or the website is not your actual problem, we will say so on the call — even when the thing we are talking you out of is the bigger invoice.
About cost
Why will you not publish actual prices?
Because the honest number depends on things we cannot know from a web page: how many locations, whether you have usable photography, how far behind you are on reviews, whether you serve one language or two, and whether you need ongoing work or a single build.
What we can promise is that you will have a specific number, broken down line by line, before you are asked to commit to anything — and that the call costs nothing whether or not you proceed.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The build work sits inside the first month. There is no activation fee, onboarding fee, or any other name for the same charge.
Is ad spend included?
No — you pay Meta directly, from your own account, so you can see every penny. Our management fee is separate and flat.
What if I want to stop?
Thirty days' notice in writing. We hand over everything — site files, accounts, documentation on what was built and why — and you owe nothing further. No exit fee and no clawback of work already done.
Do you work with home bakers and very small businesses?
Often, yes — a home bakery with a good product and no website is one of the clearest cases for the build-only option. What we will not do is sell a small operation a full monthly retainer it cannot yet justify. We wrote a guide for exactly this situation.
Can I pay for the website in instalments?
Yes. Split across two or three months is normal and there is no charge for it. Ask on the call.
