Three bakeries came up.
None of them were you.
Nine at night, someone two streets away, searching for a birthday cake. Not your cakes’ fault — your listing has eleven reviews and your website can’t take an order.
- What we fix
- Being found, and being ordered from. One team does both, because doing one without the other is why most of this fails.

Neither half works on its own
A beautiful site nobody finds is a closed shop. Ads pointing at a page that can’t take an order are a queue at a locked door. We print both plates, in register.
Your bakery isn’t short of customers. It’s short of a path to you.
That search happens in your postcode dozens of times a week. The demand is already there — it is being routed to whoever made themselves easiest to find and easiest to order from, and that is a decision made by a listing and a website, not by a baker.
Which makes it a plumbing problem, not a talent problem. Nobody tasted anything before choosing. They picked from three names and a star rating, in about four seconds, on a phone.
Agencies sell you the first half. Web designers sell you the second. Selling either one alone is why bakery owners end up convinced marketing doesn’t work.
Roughly 56% of Google Business Profiles have never been claimed by their owner. Of those, 99.4% have no business description and 64.5% have no website at all. That’s not a statistic about bakeries in particular — it’s the state of local business listings generally, measured by BrightLocal and Whitespark.
Check your own listing before you read any further. If nobody has claimed it, you are invisible in the one place your customers are actually looking, and that is a morning’s work to fix.
Six things we do for bakeries, and what each one is for
Buy any of them on their own. Most bakeries end up with several, because each one makes the others worth more.
Outlined figures are what we expect, not results we have measured for you
Bakery website design
A menu that reads like a menu with real prices. A custom-cake enquiry form that asks the nine questions you currently ask over fourteen messages. Click-to-WhatsApp on every page. Fast enough to load outside a school gate.
Live in 7 daysYours to keep, in your name
Google Maps & reviews
Your Business Profile rebuilt properly — categories, services, products with prices, hours including holidays, the Q&A nobody touches — then a review system that asks every customer at the right moment in the right words.
Top 3 in 6–8 weeksWhat we expect, not a guarantee
WhatsApp order automation
A catalogue and automated flows that greet the customer, pin down flavour, size, date and collection, take the deposit and send the reminder. You step in for the design conversation, not the first eight messages.
20+ orders a dayWhat a busy bakery typically reaches
Local SEO
The hundred smaller searches nobody optimises for — the specific cake, the specific occasion, the specific neighbourhood, the specific dietary need. Slower than Maps, and it never bills you per click.
3–6 monthsBefore it shows, then it compounds
Instagram & Facebook ads
Paid reach to people within a few kilometres of your door, using your own footage. We run this last, because ads pointed at a weak site are the fastest way to conclude that advertising doesn’t work.

AI answers
When a customer asks ChatGPT or Google's AI for a bakery near them, something decides which names come back. Structured data, pages written to be quoted, and mentions on sites that are not your own. Nobody can buy a place in that answer — this is how you earn one.

Call on Monday. Live the following Monday.
No discovery phase that eats a month. No sixty-page strategy document. You’re a bakery — you need the thing working.
- Day 1
- Thirty minutes on a call. What you bake, who buys it, what’s broken. We tell you what we’d fix first even if you never hire us.
- Day 2
- A plan with a price on it. Exactly what gets built, in what order, and what you should expect by week four. One page.
- Days 3–6
- Site built, Google profile rebuilt, WhatsApp flows written, review system switched on. We write the words; you approve them.
- Day 7
- Live. Domain, SSL, analytics, Search Console, sitemap submitted. Then we watch the first week of traffic with you.
- Every 30 days
- One page: what moved, what didn’t, what changes next. Cancel any month with 30 days’ notice.
Where we work, and where it works best
Local search is local, and the three markets are not interchangeable. What moves the needle in Dubai lands softer in Melbourne, and we would rather say which is which than pretend we are equally strong everywhere.
Dubai, the UAE
& the Gulf
Our strongest market, and not by a little. UAE customers order food around three times a week against a global average under two, and WhatsApp reaches roughly nine in ten people — so the ordering half of what we do works here at full strength in a way it does almost nowhere else.
Bilingual search, Ramadan and Eid demand that dwarfs Christmas in London, and delivery expectations unlike anywhere else. The same playbook runs across the wider Gulf — ask us about Riyadh and Jeddah.
Lead marketWhatsApp first, Arabic & English end to end
London & the UK
The hardest of the three by a distance, which is exactly why borough and street-level targeting beats city-wide ambition. Reviews do more of the deciding here than proximity does, so we lead with Maps and the website rather than with messaging.
Found firstBorough level, never “bakery London”
Melbourne & Australia
Great on Instagram, invisible on Maps — the most common pattern we see here. Discovery splits roughly evenly between the two, so the work is claiming the search half of an audience you already have. Messaging automation matters least in this market and we price accordingly.

What we won’t do
No twelve-month lock-in. No setup fee. No percentage of your ad spend, because that gives an agency a reason to tell you to spend more.
Your domain, your site files, your ad account, your pixel, your Google profile — all in your name from day one. If you leave, you leave with everything, and you owe nothing further.
And no guaranteed rankings. Nobody controls Google, and anyone who promises you a position is either lying or planning to rank you for something nobody searches. More about how we work, and who we are not for.
Straight answers
How quickly will I see more orders?
The website and WhatsApp ordering go live inside seven days, so the conversion half starts working almost immediately — the people already finding you just stop slipping through.
Being found is slower. Reviews start in week one. Maps movement usually shows between weeks three and eight depending on how crowded your area is. Most bakeries see a measurable change in order volume by week six.
Can I get just the website?
Yes, and plenty of bakeries start there — it’s the piece with the clearest immediate return and it’s a one-off build rather than an ongoing commitment.
We’ll tell you honestly whether the site alone will move your numbers. If your real problem is that nobody can find you, a better website is a slower fix than a better Google listing, and we’d rather say so than take the money.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We build it, set it up and run it. What we need from you is the thing only you have: your photos, your prices, and ten minutes to tell us what makes your bakery different.
What makes you different from a general agency?
We only work with bakeries. That isn’t a slogan — it means the templates, the WhatsApp scripts, the review wording and the SEO targets already exist and already work, so you aren’t funding someone’s learning curve.
It also means we know your specifics: the seasonal spikes around Eid, Christmas and Mother’s Day; the custom-cake enquiry that takes nine messages to pin down; why Maps matters more for a bakery than for almost any other local business.
What does it cost?
A one-person cake studio and a six-site patisserie shouldn’t pay the same, so we price after the call. No setup fee, no lock-in, and you see the full breakdown before committing to anything. The terms page walks through what’s typically included.
Can you guarantee results?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What we commit to is the month-to-month arrangement, a clear report every thirty days, and telling you early if something isn’t working so we can change it rather than quietly billing you.
